Hello everyone, We would like to use diffrent targettings for a display network campaign. For exemple, to use keyword display and to add the placements for an adgroup => our ads will be display on the placements automatic thanks to a list of keywords, and ALSO on the placements added for each adgroups.
I am looking for how to set up automatically the option "bid only" in API for a display network campaign. The questions are : 1) how can we choose the option "bid only" 2) add a long list of placements for each adgroup.
