Hi Ewan, Thanks for the information. Its really helpful. Any idea how can I get the similar changed information for AdGroup and Ads. In a normal scenario, there is high possibility of changes to Ads (new adds or changes to the ad etc) compared to Campaigns. If you have similar information for ads and groups please let me know.
