I cannot figure this out, as the documentation for the process is very unclear.
I have 1. Regular AdWords account non MMC (I think this is what it is, it has no API settings anywhere) 2. MMC Developer Account with API key Pending, linked to Account #1 3. Test MMC Developer Account with API key Pending, linked to currently nothing. At the moment just attempting to get the API to do ANYTHING but error. Using these credentials ClientCustomerId = #3, Test Customer Id OAuth2ClientId = #3, Test Account ClientId OAuth2ClientSecret = #3, Test Account ClientSecret OAuth2RefreshToken = #3, Test Account Refresh Token Developer Token = #2, Dev Account Pending Developer Token I get the QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP error. What account does it think is incompletely signed up? Using these credentials (changes in bold) ClientCustomerId = #3, Test Customer Id OAuth2ClientId = #3, Test Account ClientId OAuth2ClientSecret = #3, Test Account ClientSecret OAuth2RefreshToken = #3, Test Account Refresh Token *Developer Token* = #3, Test Account Pending Developer Token I get the QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_INACTIVE error. I'm assuming that's just because i can't use a straight test account with nothing linked All other combinations of credentials and things I have tried gets me a USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error.
