Hi,

For your use case you can set up an account hierarchy with one or more MCC
(My Client Center) accounts, and link those accounts to each client's
AdWords account. Our Signup
Guide<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/signingup>goes through
this in some detail, but you may find the following overview
of MCC accounts useful as well.

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704399?hl=en&ref_topic=3121776

Note that you will not need a separate developer token for each customer
account you want to manage via the API. You can use a single developer
token in all of your API calls, regardless of the accounts the calls target.

Thanks,
Josh, AdWords API Team
