Hi Alex, That error suggests that the *clientCustomerId* in your auth.ini file is your *non-test, non-MCC* customer ID. If you try to access a non-test customer using a dev token that has not been approved, the API throws the INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP exception. I compiled the grid below to help explain the allowed interactions between dev token and customer account types. The use case available to you is the first row.
