The current version of the API claims to support bid modifiers based on location, but looking at the documentation it seems that the bidModifier field is only available for the Platform and AdSchedule criterion ( https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201309/CampaignCriterionService.CampaignCriterion#bidModifier), not the Location criterion. Is this actually the case? Or can we use a Location criterion to adjust bids in our campaigns?
I am using the Perl API, but an example of this in any language would be really useful. Thanks.
