The AdWords API is a large and complex API. I suggest starting with one of our client libraries<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>, each of them has a large set of examples, including campaign / ad group / ad creation examples. Note you will need a test account<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts>.
