There were no chances on the server side I know of. I've also checked my own rail demo app and it still works as expected. Did you make any changes to the code, application setting (on the API console) or your account (such as 2 step or password change)? If still in doubt, try enabling debug mode and check the authorization string. -Danial, AdWords API Team.
