Hi, To use a test account, your developer token doesn't have to be approved. You just need to have a credential for your MCC account.
What line in GetRefreshToken you see that error "Exception in thread "main" javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"? And did you use "installed application" for the API access in the API console?
