Hi, We've recently seen two click types "Email subscription" and "Image Ad image click" that aren't documented in the Report definitions.
Could you please add these, any any others that aren't documented? Perhaps these could be added to the "System Codes" section of the API docs to make them easier to keep up-to-date.
