The software I'm using to send the request is proprietary 
software developed by my employer. It's supposed to capture the response 
header and body, but it seems to me that it may not be doing so because it 
sees the error, and therefore just aborts. Trying to work through this with 
our internal Tech Support. But I just want to confirm with you that you're 
pretty sure that it should return a body and/or header, even when 
generating the 400 response. If so, it might indicate a bug in our software.
