Hello - I requested API access a little over three weeks ago and have been waiting for approval. In the interim, I did as requested - waited, filled the form out at (https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtoken/ - as mentioned in another post) and emailed adwordsapi-tokens[at]google.com.
