We've been getting DUPLICATE_ADGROUP_NAME errors when trying to push ad groups with the same name in the same campaign. The weird thing is, even if we get these errors, these ad groups still get published and through to the AdWords UI and are active. The ad groups have exactly the same name. This should not happen, right? Is there a bug or something? We are still using v201209 of the API.
