Hi Oliver,

Thanks for bringing this up. You can use MCS to retrieve the list of your 
client accounts which will include your Test Accounts. And can also be used 
to move your Tests Accounts to another manager. That is not likely to 
change; we'll announce it if we decide to change it. I'll work with my team 
to have that clarified in the docs.
