I know about standart and basic access, but now I haven't more than 10,000 operations per day now, why I have no basic access as it said here http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.in/2013/01/new-simplified-adwords-api-pricing.html ? This error occures not after 10,000 operations, it occures after my first operation when I use API...
