Hi,

Yes, when the access token is not valid the library will try to refresh the 
access token unless you explicitly set the api.adwords.refreshOAuth2Token 
to false in 
ads.properties<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-ads-java/source/browse/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/resources/ads.properties>file.
