Hi,
  Campaigns can be enabled from a number of sources.  For this specific 
account, both the email address you are posting with as well as the email 
belonging to the MCC that manages this account have the ability to make 
changes to your campaigns.  If you suspect that someone may be making 
changes to your account via either of these accounts, I recommend changing 
your password for these two accounts.

Please note that this is not necessarily an API issue - its possible 
someone logged into the UI and did this.  As a result, you should try to 
work through the product specific support until you have evidence that this 
is an API issue - they'll have more experience than we will, as we 
specifically focus on supporting the use of the AdWords API.
