Hi Sana, I am experiencing the very same error here, in my case it seems to be caused by an ongoing migration on our system. The new server's ip is not trusted (yet, I hope), and Google account security blocks the access.
I do suggest you connect on your adwords account using a service like gmail. On the very top, check if there is a red bar (above the standard black bar with Google services), alerting about a 'not trusted access'. If so, just follow the instructions in it, and you can authorize future access from the not-trusted device (your server).
