Hi, I have a Reporting Functionality question as it relates to the RMF.

Campaign and Ad Group reports have Ad Network, Device and ClickType listed
as requirements to meet the reporting RMF.

Which scenario is true

*Scenario 1*
EVERY report created through the API MUST include all three segment columns
in the output?

Or

*Scenario 2*
Must developers provide FUNCTIONALITY to segment data within reports BUT
standard reports can be created too with no segment applied to the Campaign
or Ad Group report.

If scenario 1 is true, what is correct protocol if the end-user doesn't
want to see any segmented data but simply wants your basic, standard report
without segments applied?
If scenario 2 is true, do we have to provide functionality to apply all
three segments to a report? Or can we provide functionality to allow for
only one of the three segments to be applied to a report?

The reason I ask is because if all three segments are required within every
campaign and ad group report, this will create, in many cases, unnecessary
data pull - especially if the end-user just wants a basic, unsegmented
report.

Looking for solid answers around this very important detail regarding the
RMF and required segmentation fields.
