I updated my report url to https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/reportdownload/v201302 from https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/reportdownload/v201209, and it looks like the ImpressionShare fields are gone. For example, when querying ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT, I get the following error:
