Hi Marc, It's still available using the COMPETITION<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201302/TargetingIdeaService.AttributeType#COMPETITION> attribute of the TargetingIdeaService. From what I can remember, it's always had a double value in the zero to one range, which should match the competition column in the spreadsheet you can download from the web-based tool.
