Interesting. Indeed that's possible in the web interface.
You could try the 'new' impression share fields, SearchImpressionShare en 
ContentImpressionShare. Maybe that helps?

Note that the new fields were described in a blog 
article<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.ru/2012/12/impression-share-reporting-changes.html>,
 
but almost everybody missed it because it lacks the label 'adwords_api'. This 
article<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.ru/2012/12/impression-share-reporting-changes.html>states
 that old fields like ImpressionShare will be removed. Anyway, in 
case you didn't, try the new fields, and let us know whether that works.
