Since there are still limits on API requests, there should be some way to 
check how much we've used against that limit.  I may have missed it, but I 
didn't see anything in the pricing announcement about how to see your usage 
count.  I suppose I was expecting the same service that we've always used 
to continue tracking the usage (the InfoService).
