Hi, This code example shows how to use OAuth2 with a refresh token<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/examples/v201209/Misc/UseOAuth2.php>. Can I ask why you need to use a service account? In most cases, using a one-time OAuth2 flow requesting offline access is the functional equivalent of a service account. Simply request an access token (using the refresh token obtained in the one-time setup) each time your automated process runs and you should be good.
