I'm not positive that this is the best place to be posting this, but as of about 4:30 EST yesterday we have been unable to download the sandbox WSDLs for AdWords API v201209.
I have attempted to hit the sandbox WSDLs directly and receive the following error in my browser: *502.* That’s an error. The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds. That’s all we know. The production WSDLs come back instantly.
