I've been trying (in vain) to find someone competent and reliable, as well as good value for money of course, to develop a pretty simple Adwords API "program".
I'm sure many people on here will put themselves forward which is just great. Ideally I'd like them to be able to demonstrate their abilities by also citing references from third parties.
