Hi Oron,

You could run an adgroup performance report every 10 minutes and check the 
stats for all the 3000 adgroups in a single go. However, AdWords API stats 
are not real-time, they are usually behind by 3-4 hours. You might want to 
take that into consideration with the solution you are providing.
