I'm updating my scripts from 201109_1 to 201209 and there seem to be no changes necessary at all except the removal of targetContentContextual and the new Budget functionality. If I want to create a new campaign in a new account, I should first set a Budget, retrieve the Budget ID, and then create a campaign which specifies the Budget ID? Is this correct?
