We're still experiencing this issue and it's becoming a huge pain for all of our clients. We also are unable to sign up any new customers due to this issue - it is pretty critical.
We have been on the phone on hold for an hour and are unable to get through to technical support. Do you have any resolution for this at all? Is there a direct number we can call to reach you? Any workarounds for the time being?
