Hello pkatragadda,
I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. Specifying 'Settings' in the fields
part of the selector returned the Ad Group settings for me:
:entries=>
[{:id=>xxxxx,
:name=>"yyyyy",
:status=>"ENABLED",
:settings=>
[{:setting_type=>"TargetingSetting",
:details=>
[{:criterion_type_group=>"PLACEMENT", :target_all=>true},
{:criterion_type_group=>"VERTICAL", :target_all=>false}],
:xsi_type=>"TargetingSetting"}],
[...]
If still in doubt, please send me the XML code of the request and response
over *email* (Reply button).
