Thank you for your answer. I finally find the answer in the translated version of the RMF: if you want to use any service like TargetingIdeaService, TrafficEstimatorService or BulkOpportunityService, you need to developp all the creation and management functions listed in the RMFs.
So I should developp a management API and not a Reporting-only API.
