Hi Panagiotis, AFAIR, there is no minimum spend or cancellation fee for using the AdWords API. As for the costs incurred, it only depends on the number and type of transactions you are going to make via the API, so there's no quick answer to that. Have a look at the rate sheet <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ratesheet> to get an idea about the expected costs.
