While trying to get the result from 'TrafficEstimatorService', 'v201206' it gives error INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_LATEST_ADWORDS_API_TNC_NOT_AGREED,
But i am able to use 'CampaignService', 'v201206' with any issue.
