Hi Chirag,

When you say login, I assume you mean the change history in the UI.

The UI reports more changes than the API does, have you tried matching up 
every change record reported by the API with the UI?

Also it is worth noting that the API also combines multiple changes in 
certain situations. e.g. So if a set of criteria changes but also the ad 
group that holds that criteria then the API will only report the ad group 
change which means you need to re-load all changes under the ad group as 
well.
