I tried using 'ALL_TIME' date range in an AWQL query but got an error saying it's not supported. When looking at the list of date ranges here:
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/awql I notice ALL_TIME is not included in the list of date ranges at the bottom of the page. Are there any plans to add support for this date range?
