Can some one tell what does API "Per-Item-Cost" mean .Does the "item" in "per-item-cost" mean items retrieved or items I requested? For example, if I want to retrieve 3 ads from an adgroup, I can pass in the adgroup Id (1 item) however it will return all 1000 ads in the group including the three i want. also I can pass in the three ads Ids (3 items) that will only return the three. which way uses less api cost?
