I'd head over to the AdHoc reporting and dust off an 
"AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT".

There is the spec.
Basically, if you want just the "structure" data (with no metrics like 
impressions, clicks, etc.), then exclude the Day from your list, specify 
"Today" as your date type, and pick the fields you mention above.
If you want performance metrics, you will often be limited to fetching data 
that actually got traffic...

Lots of good tutorials (sorry) - don't know what level of experiences you 
are attacking this from?).

Looking for actual code? search the reference documentation for the library 
you are using?
