Hi Josh,
  The 
getBulkKeywordIdeas<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201109/TargetingIdeaService#getBulkKeywordIdeas>
 only 
returns keywords - since includeSubUrls doesn't work for keywords, you 
can't use it in bulk either.
