Greg, I did the report change you mention (adding "Domain" field to the URL performance report) and it did return a report without error, but in looking at the report the "URL" field is now just the domain in all cases. This is certainly not what we want.
We need the full URL being returned as before. Until before 19 Jun 2012 this report was used used daily by us on all our client with no issues for over a year. Now it does not work at all. Google - What is going on? Help!!!
