Hi Rajesh,

I recommend using MutateJobService instead of BulkMutateJobService, it is 
much simpler to use. Also, yes, you can user scoping as customer in this 
case, but it is not recommended to have jobs where your keywords are 
scattered among a large number of AdGroups/Campaigns. If possible, try 
grouping the keyword operations by a couple of AdGroups and use 
MutateJobService.
