Hi, The AdWords API should reflect data within a few seconds of changes via the UI. Please doublecheck that you are targeting the same production account via the API and that you don't have any predicates filtering out the data you are seeing in the UI. If you are still having trouble, please post your sanitized SOAP XML logs for us?
