Hi Paul, In the sandbox, the Google account you use because an MCC account and 5 client accounts are created underneath it (which explains what you see for java). There is unfortunately a bug in the sandbox that makes the return values not match production - this makes it difficult to write code that handles both. Not all client libraries do. Could you please post the SOAP XML logs for PHP? This may give us some insight into why this doesn't work for you.
