Hi, What do you mean by "keyword difficulty report"? Are you referring to the Competition stats for keywords? You can use the TargetingIdeaService to get this with a KEYWORD STATS request and ask for the COMPETITION attribute: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService.TargetingIdeaSelector
