Hey Vip, Destination url belongs to an ad (text ad, image ad.. etc), not an adGroup... that's why you are not seeing anything under AdGroup object. Look at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupAdService.html and click on Text Ad for example and you'll see that destination url property (referred to as Url whereas the display url is referred to as DisplayUrl and so on)
