Also, most documentation says use up to 10 threads, but the Java example<http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-java/source/browse/apps/multipleclientreportdownloader/src/com/google/api/adwords/reportdownload/MultipleClientReportDownloaderMain.java>uses 20.
