I don't know if the documentation is "wrong" when going by the assumption any Name in the column list can be used as a predicate, but there is something different about the KeywordId entry. The Type attribute for KeywordId is listed as "long" ( possibly to denote a primitive ) rather than "Long" ( denoting an object ). It's the only Type that is lowercase in the list for SearchQueryReport so if it's not a typo, it could be an indication it's not available as a Predicate.
