We applied for our API token 5 weeks ago.  We responded promptly to all 
inquiries and provided all the requested documentation from our end, after 
which we were told that your review team was "following this application 
closely and will complete the review as
early as possible".  That was over two weeks ago, and we haven't heard 
anything back from your review team despite multiple emails asking for 
updates. It's bad enough that you this process takes so long (not the case 
with other integrations we've done with Microsoft AdCenter, Salesforce, 
DoubleClick, Radian6 and others..), but the non-response to inquiries and 
general lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating.

I understand that there is a separate team that reviews the applications, 
but considering I can't get a response back from them 
(adwordsapi-tok...@google.com), 
I'm left to posting to the forum (and I've read the numerous other 
complaints and "open letters").

Is there any way we can get some help with our application 
(CID: 670-823-7832)?
