Hi Veseo,

It takes a while for the stats to become stable, we've listed the 
recommended timings for run a report at  
http://adwordsapi.blogspot.in/2011/06/statistics-in-reports.html. That 
said, if you are seeing discrepancies running over several days, then 
please email the account id and the report definition you are sending to 
our servers to anash.p.oom...@google.com. I'll investigate this further.
