Hi Nachomac,

Here are the rules to keep in mind when targeting in AdWords:

1. If you don't target anything, the default is All.
2. If you want to target only specific things, then add those targets to 
the list.
3. You cannot remove an item that you are not targeting. This also means 
that if you are targeting All, then you cannot remove Platform from it to 
get PC and Tablets. Instead, add PC and Tablets to targeting.

The right thing to do is as follows:

1. Get all targets for your campaign. 
2. If the campaign is already targeting your new target, remove it from the 
list.
3. If a campaign is targeting something you don't need, then do a REMOVE 
operation.
4. if a campaign is not targeting something you need, then do an ADD 
operation.
