Hi Silvio, You should probably want to look at this blog post http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2011/10/downloading-reports-for-lots-of-client.html, I gives you a start point on how to use request AdHoc reports concurrently so you can report on large amount of accounts, there is also some Java sample code attached to it for your reference.
